Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using applications like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

 Internet and its Usage: Basics of the internet, web browsers, email communication, and online safety.

 Database Management Systems (DBMS): Introduction to databases, data organization, SQL queries, and database design.

Programming Fundamentals: Basic programming concepts, algorithms, and an introduction to programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.

Web Technologies: Fundamentals of web development, including HTML, CSS, and potentially an introduction to JavaScript.
